Champion, original silvered dial with luminous painted Arabic numerals and a decimal scale at perimeter in red, three inset subregisters for minute recording, hour recording and subsidiary seconds, 17J cal 72, s#428003, triple signed. A great sized and great looking vintage chronograph sure to bring a smile whenever it is slapped onto the wrist.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, chronograph functions and resets properly, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, no oxide; nearly flawless dial with hardly any surface spotting; excellent blued steel radium hands with very light oxide; lightly polished case shows very light wear, still retains sharp lug chamfers, light dings on the backs of the lugs from the bracelet; crown shows little wear; good plastic crystal.
